As the weather gets hotter these days, don’t you wish there was something cold and refreshing to cool you down? You may say “There’s ice cream!” but have you considered the calories in there?

Your worries are over! Join us as we’ll teach you how to prepare Fruit Cream ‘Anmitsu’ – a cooling dessert that is both easy to make and beneficial to health!

‘Anmitsu’ is a Japanese dessert consisting of many ingredients. It is usually made with ‘kanten’ and served with red bean paste, where the ‘An’ part of ‘Anmitsu’ is derived from. While the fruits, topped with a sweetened black syrup, or ‘mitsu’, contributed to the ‘mitsu’ part of ‘Anmitsu’.
